Hmm, I just finished reading this thread but now I can't remember if it was the dirty Brian thread that I saw something which I wanted to respond to.

Anyway, I saw littlerose post something about the RR site being about extorting money from people. I don't know if it is extortion in all cases, but I think that in MOST cases he and Brian use fear to coerce money from family members of the so-called victims of cult activity.

You can see this very clearly from Brian's chat with Dave. He was obviously trying to frighten Dave and it's almost certain that he uses similar scare tactics with other family members to rope them into paying huge fees to save family members from the "soul/mind raping" cult leaders of which ever group happens to be in question at the time.

In the end it's most likely just about money for Ross, and he finds Brian a convenient tool for fear-mongering to rustle up more business.

I think littlerose is quite right in that Ross is prominently responsible for Brian's deteriorating mental stability (especially if Ross really is offering him employment in a line of work that is encouraging him to stalk people as part of the job) and any real expert will easily see that.

What happens if Brian actually kidnaps someone or kills someone in a fit of crazy-rage? In his most recent chat he told Dave to "watch it". Technically, "Watch it" could mean anything, but the context was a colloquial saying that is commonly used to mean something more like "you should be very careful because I want to hurt you".

That is an actual threat coming from someone who has military training, has confessed to owning guns (as well as a strong proclivity for using them), and a genuine psychological disorder that is clinically treatable. Brian is the one who also said that he wants to "take Dave out". Once again, that could mean just taking Dave out on a date to the movies, but the colloquial meaning as well as the context of the situation at the time is/was to kill someone.

I'm not trying to Bash Brian and I hope something like that doesn't happen, but ignoring the signs for the sake of wishful thinking (or for monetary gain, in Ross' case) would be criminal.

Brian, we all have our problems that we struggle with and I know it's not easy for someone to come along and tell you to just "get over it", but you really do need to fight against your desires to pursue your obsessions, particularly when it comes to expressing or acting out the hatred you obviously feel about it. It's not too late!

I have no desire to hurt Brian Birmingham as he has just been a pawn of hate mongers who have knowingly used him despite his self professed mental condition. However, my overwhelming response to this thread is "finally!" It may be that those dossiers Brian sent out to officials all over the world could be used as evidence of stalking.

It's a pity that something cannot be done about the real instigaors of stalking and intimidation. Surely if and when MORE violence occurs the legal system may realise that they are guilty of having instigated violence, which I believe is a criminal offence as well. It's a pity it has to wait until one of has been "taken out".

Nevertheless, I am rejoicing for now that the tide seems to be turning. Maybe one day cult busters and other such nasties will be held responsible for the things they say and do. Maybe some groups will sit up and take notice since they have acted on hype and mis-information supplied by Brian, "Private Eyes", and Rick Ross.

I hope you are right about the tide but it is not easy. The police reaction was everything is my fault for going on the internet and having email! (I should have pointed out that I breathe air, too!) But at least he is being looked at.

I think the bigger picture is indeed what are we doing to give credence to such things against all Christians, something which I was actually doing myself when I got dragged into this.

While you were posting here, I was posting in the "hate-site catch up" thread in "Controversies" about the latest round of message-dung from Brian and I left it to you or Dave to post back if you want me to paste the series in a post.

I keep hoping that, at some stage, our own son will start to take responsibility for the role that he is taking in something that is definitely going to end in the death(s) of someone in the JCs. What I would like to hope will happen if anyone finds the motivation to take Brian to court, is that the dossier would be produced as evidence (but then Kevin and Craig were very careful never to let any of us get a copy of it) and then Brian would point the finger at who he got it from (David Lowe) who, in turn, would point the finger at who paid him to gather that information (certain Quakers). The problem is that if it ever came back to the Quakers, there would be very few people who would dare to question them. Respectability has become an obsession with most Quakers, and if it takes threats and secret dossiers to maintain that respectability, then that is what they will do.

So as I follow it through, I come to the same conclusion as Denise, which is that the system is not going to change that easily. Brian is not likely to be brought to justice. Kevin and Craig are almost certainly not going to be exposed by the media (who have too much to gain by villifying us). And the Quakers are most assuredly not going to be questioned in the least. Sad, but very likely true.

Keep in mind that in spite of how unbalanced and hateful the Jeremy Kyle show was, repeated viewings cause people to see past the propaganda and into the truth. Propaganda does not survive such close scrutiny. The BBC spoof shows what people really think about what goes on.

These messages show the full craziness of Birmingham and anyone who has anything at all to do with him has got to recognize it. All we need is one tabloid to blow the whistle on this damn cult-hunter game and then everyone can laugh because they will see who the manipulators really are.

I have information that Dave's son has reported you and also that he sent Anita to try to get information from you so that he can use it against you. I think you should know that he hates Catholics. I am receiving communications of what they are doing to you. They have a secret group that Dave does not know about. The posts are confusing because they are not in chronological order. Some are in reverse order, and then at the end it changes to chronological. Also, why is the message deleted from all of the first posts?

I think that is the best analysis of what is wrong with using the word "cult" that I have seen.

I agree with your assessment of the x site as a control point. Nick sent me a very interesting email in which he admitted manipulating Kevin. He seems to think of it a showing a caring personality, but all I saw was an extreme controller with a vengeful streak.

Brian is dangerous like a grenade rolling around on the floor that we have to stop before the pin gets jarred loose, but then after the grenade is safely put back on the shelf, attention must be paid to those who threw it into the room.

The first box is copied from my list of messages with the latest being on top and they only showed the first lines. The short messages are entirely in the first lines.

One set was hidden because I replied and he replied. That was the only exchange. All the others were new messaqges.

I opened the longer ones and copied them into the second blue box. The dates next to each message should tell you the order.

The important exchange is this:

All of this is consistent with the "professional" tactics Brian learned from hired-thug Ross and I can see Nick using these tactics as well in the way the emails are distributed and certain posts deleted, etc.

At one point Nick and Kate may have been bankrolling Ross, although I think they were more likely helping to fund David Lowe. (He is not cheap either!)

But Sheila and co. definitely brought Rick Ross and another one of his cronies in L.A. (a guy named Prince Sullivan) into the action surrounding the trial. Sheila had Rick Ross lined up as a witness in defense of what her husband and son did to Reinhard. She would have a better idea about just how much it costs to get Rick to appear in court for a day.

Liesel Appel, Fred Njoroge, Berni Sheridan... they all turned to cult-busters, and when the people hunters (ie. cult-busters) are able to generate enough paranoia, they can get virtually every parent to enlist them. Brian has talked about getting Trevor's mother to jump on the bandwagon, although I think it is all bluff at this stage. But that is the way the whole business operates. Generate fear, and the more over the top the paranoia is, the easier it is to come and fleece the parents.

Our own experience is that every parent who has turned to cult-busters has ended up with a seriously divided family, whereas parents who voice their disagreement (strongly even) and then just wait and pray, eventually get a restored relationship, whether or not their son or daughter ever leaves the group that they disagree with. The people-hunters have made a business out of dividing families, and ironically, the more destruction they can cause, the more money they get, because they keep convincing these people (distraught mothers mostly) that all of the problems have come from the target group.

They are running that campaign against trevor and his mother in the Ross site, that is what caused me to come over here and ask questions in the first place, remember?

It is an incredible display of harassment of people who have not asked for their help. I am still appalled that society has gone this far that they can be so bold as to do that so openly.

I woke up this morning thinking about that first generation of Christians, who were watching the slow collapse of Rome while learning how to live according to Christ's teachings. The more the society collapsed, the more sense Jesus made.

I also was thinking of Jeremy Kyle and Herod. Did you see the Mel Gibson film "The Passion"? The scene where Herod is hosting a decadent Hollywood-style party? The talk-show hosts are today's puppet-kings, paid to fool the public with false power of "opinion".

I wish I knew how to take Youtube videos to cut them up, I would sprinkle the BBC Kyle spoof across footage from that show of yours.
